This is an excellent opportunity to join our fast paced Global Technology Financial Planning & Analysis team within US Information Services. Responsible for assisting the team in meeting financial goals through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Be a key contributor ensuring financial information is accurate and timely and can be disseminated to the applicable units in the organization. 

The Team’s Focus

The Global Technology FP&A team partners with the USIS business to provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support decision-making processes. Activities include reporting key business performance indicators; strategic planning; annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting; variance analysis and the preparation of executive reports and presentations. Members of the team regularly collaborate with and advise top-level executives within the Global Technology business organization, gaining in-depth exposure to the operation and performance of the business. Finance leadership and enjoy ongoing opportunities to support the business and improve business performance.

How You'll Contribute: 

• Support/assist in the preparation of ongoing forecast and budget cycles.
• Help prepare monthly financial presentation and analysis.
• Work on special projects and other tasks assigned.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as individually.
• Provide customer service to individuals we support and interact with all levels within the company. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion is a plus 
• Experience using an ERP accounting system and advanced MS Excel skills 
• Flexibility and focus to meet tight deadlines with accurate results. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
