Accounting Specialist (or Senior Accounting Specialist)
About Us
Rudder Services is a rare find among finance and accounting service providers. In the early stages of a business’s existence failure rates are notoriously high. Our purpose is to help newer businesses make it through this “survival” stage, so they can move forward, flourish and ultimately achieve their vision.
We accomplish this by becoming a complete finance function for our growth-oriented business clients, leading them in effectively planning, monitoring, and executing the financial aspects of their business model.
We are change agents…culture shapers…strategists, helping fledgling companies establish the right systems & processes, policies & procedures, and overall game plan.
We’re rapidly growing and seeking a new team member who’s genuinely excited about helping small businesses succeed, and has the drive and leadership to help us continue to build our firm. If this sounds like your calling, we want to meet you.
