Available Position 

We are currently seeking an Accounting/Finance Analyst who shares our passion for helping our partners build exceptional companies. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in accounting and finance and use logic and creativity to solve problems. Analysts will have ownership over key deliverables for partners and work directly with the AG team and partners to support the design and implementation of key systems and processes that founders and leadership teams rely upon to run their companies. 

Projects & Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for our partners
• Perform month-end close and other recurring finance and accounting tasks
• Build and implement financial and operational infrastructure on partner engagements
• Streamline reporting and processes
• Analyze data sets in Excel for key trends and observations
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product
• Manage multiple workstreams and projects in a logical, organized, and process-driven manner

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance preferred
• Previous consulting, accounting, or finance positions preferred
• Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
• Strong analytical and workload-management skills
• Effective communicator, not afraid to ask questions
• Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills required; experience with other Microsoft Office products preferred
