Job Functions 

• Partner with AP Rep to assist daily workload.

• Includes: 

• CIR support on low dollar or pattern based items.

• Creating cases for NLID or CIR.

• NLID and TONU research.

• Processing refunds for carrier overpayments.

• Project based assignments.

Day-to-Day Operation Support 

• Includes: 

• AP Phone line 

• Comcheck  

• Carrier communication  

• Running unbilled and short pay reports 

• Assisting on case items 

• Carrier aging reconciliation

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
