Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Description Summary
The primary responsibilities include the development of timely analyses and reporting on key metrics for accounts receivables and collection activities, along with the monitoring of compliance with the corporate collection policy.
Job Duties
- Developing and publishing accounts receivable, collections analyses, and key metrics reports.
- Monitoring and reporting on corporate collection policy and procedure compliance.
- Publishing monthly Accounts Receivable reporting package and scorecards for all markets.
- Credit review and approval of returning ASG/PSG customers.
- Collaborating with internal departments on issue resolution and process improvement.
- Monitor monthly processing of customer inactivations.
- Processing bad debt write offs and 3rd party placements.
- Providing direction and support to Customer Care collection activities.
- Processing bankruptcy notifications, monitoring related customers, and working with 3rd party bankruptcy services vendor.
- Escalating account issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
- Additional special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree Required.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.
- 1-2 years of analysis experience.
- Strong Excel skills (v-lookup; pivot tables, graphs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel/Microsoft Office
- Essbase a plus
