The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate will play a critical role in the growth of our Post Sales Accounting department by owning the full cycle of AR, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, proactive follow-up, and collections for our customers. The AR Manager also performs financial reporting for each customer at month end.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle billing and accounts receivable processes for growing companies
Process, Follow-up, and Collect Accounts Receivables for customers using Xero and Quickbooks accounting systems.
Evaluate, prioritize and resolve inbound customer queries
Research and solve payment discrepancies and make adjustments to customer accounts as needed
Maintain and improve accurate documentation of business processes. We want you to improve our processes!
Collaborate with product management and development teams and provide feedback about tools to make your processes more streamlined
Assist in the production and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2+ years experience with Xero and Quickbooks accounting systems
Know the ins and outs of Excel, but have ideas how to speed up processes
Self-starter who wants to get in on the ground floor and be a key member of a growing fin-tech startup
Strategic Thinker & Executor who can identify opportunities & make business decisions that drive short and long term success
Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
