Create implementation project plan based on hedge fund trading profile, organization structure, and project timeline. Advise, design and implement front, middle and back office operations workflow based on client needs, instruct and coach clients on above workflows Front office: order generation, trade allocation, compliance structure Middle office: profit & loss reporting, risk reporting, exposure reporting by attribution, illogical position & trade reporting, corporate action reporting, corporate action processing tool, option exercise and expiration tool, T+1 position. trade and cash reconciliation template. Back office: balance sheet, income statement, cash balance and trial balance reporting, non-trading accrual and cash booking, tax lot reporting, NAV reconciliation process, general ledger reconciliation process. Understand clients' pricing and valuation needs, work with development team to set up pricing interfaces, including price snaps and real-time pricing venues, onboard quote arbitration rules, work with product team to set up valuation interfaces (FX options & swap derivatives), construct exceptional pricing and valuation reporting. Perform historical data reconciliation for clients with trading history, gather and analyze client transaction data and fund admin NAV pack data, conduct position level reconciliation and non-trading & cash true-up, deliver month-end fund NAV tie out prior client go live. Train clients on booking transactions for the catch-up period, provide best solutions for catch-up tie out. Build client relationship, manage client expectations, and address client concerns.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field plus 1 year experience. Requires 1 year of experience with the following: Financial products and derivatives; Mathematical modeling of the risk and valuation of financial instruments; Hedge fund trading operations; SAS, Maple, MATLAB, and JMP; FX and OTC Derivatives; VaR, Monte Carlo, and Historical Simulations.
