The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative Associate Financial Analyst to support the growing demand on FP&A. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will focus primarily on monthly financial reporting for our executive team and board of directors, performing sales compensation accruals and payroll file creation, ad hoc analytical work, and supporting our annual planning process. This role offers a great opportunity to grow analytically, technically, and professionally while supporting and working with leaders across the business.

What you’ll do with us:

• Perform sales compensation related adjustments, accruals, and payroll runs
• Support sales compensation administration and implementations
• Report on monthly financial performance
• Assist in the annual planning cycle as well as in-year forecasting needs
• Partner with cross functional teams to provide business with financial analysis and ad hoc analyses as requested

What you’ve done:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience or internships in a finance, accounting, or analytical role required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
