What you get to do:
You'll report directly to our VP Operational Risk & Bank Partnerships. The Director, Bank Partnerships will manage all aspects of the relationships with our (three) bank partners.
- Run weekly meetings with bank partners, taking notes and following up on open items, tracking to completion
- Be the "go-to" person when the banks have requests, for example, audits, reporting, questions, site visits, external audits
- Serve as the liaison for the product, credit, marketing, legal and compliance teams for all things bank related
- Actively track remediation items to close and work with compliance on reporting requirements
- Assist in working through remediation efforts (when they arise) reporting them to the bank partners, as necessary, and issuing memos
- Manage and mentor a team of two analysts
What you will bring to the team:
- 7+ years of prior work experience in FinTech, financial services (not branch level retail banking experience), preferably online lending; experience in startup / high growth and implementations
- Detail oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and troubleshoot without direction
- Previous relationship management experience
- The willingness to take on new tasks and broaden scope of responsibilities
- Proficient in Excel, Jira
- Bachelors degree required

Compensation and Benefits
