Position Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? As a full-time Billing Analyst, you will  collaborate with Chowly’s financial and executive teams to better measure and assess our business practices.

The ideal candidate is captivated by large data sets, passionate about excel, and driven by process improvement. This individual will be using several different tools to ensure accuracy across several datasets while collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders to centralize  data. The right candidate will have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, extraordinary organizational skills, and maintains a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information


  • Prepares and submits invoices in a timely and accurate manner 

  • Identifies opportunities for more efficient processes and perform analyses to drive effective process improvements

  • Ensures prompt resolutions of credit queries 

  • Manages accounts payable

  • Compiles stakeholder status reports 

  • Maintains accurate customer data across multiple systems to ensure reporting conformity 

  • Calculates employee commissions


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 

  • 1 year experience in a Billing Analyst or Financial role preferred (in-person or phone customer support) 

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred

  • Proficient Mac user preferred
