Job Description
The Client Director, Financial Services will be part of a sales team managing a large US bank with responsibility for generating new business revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning and research, building executive relationships, using business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities for a large existing banking customer.
What you get to do in this role:
The Client Director, Financial Services builds and leads relationships with an existing single large banking client while achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
The Client Director will oversee a segment of the account relationship and build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and other executives across multiple lines of business within the bank.
You will help to define and orchestrate the account strategy utilizing a broad, dedicated and virtual team of Solution Consultants, Solutions Sales Specialists, Services resources, Business Value Consultants, partners and others to help the bank solve strategic business problems. By applying your knowledge of their business issues, and the banking business, you will help the client realize significant value from their ServiceNow investments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
· 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
· Track record of achieving sales targets
· Experience selling software solutions to the financial services industry, ideally the banking industry
· Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build trusted relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships
· Executive presence, executive selling and line-of-business selling experience
· History of large, strategic transformational deals mapped to the customer’s mission and business issues that connect to value
· Perseverance in overcoming obstacles and challenges, drives realization of achievement
· Experience fostering a customer success focus in a “win as a team” environment
Travel up to 50%. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, travel requirements are limited until further notice.

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
