What you get to do:
We are looking for a Compliance Program Analyst to join our expanding and dynamic Compliance Department. This role will report directly to the Compliance Program Manager and the main responsibilities are:
- Help prepare monthly decks
- Help review Policy and Procedures on an annual basis
- Help prepare the Compliance training including communication, tracking, reporting and training events
- Support annual CMS audit
- Organize planning company-wide Compliance meetings, lunch-and-learns, and other continuing education events
- Help carry our Compliance functions, such as monitoring and testing, complaints, and issue management
- Other tasks as assigned
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years experience
- Familiarity with consumer financial regulations preferred; including the Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B), Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Unfair Deceptive and Abusive Acts or Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Electronic Funds Transfer Act (Regulation E), Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), and Privacy
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent skills in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Adaptable to rapid change
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, working with all levels with both internal and external customers and regulators
- Ability to work well individually, and in a team structure
