What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for the production of all financial and KPI reporting. As part of this leadership role, you will also be involved with overseeing LotLinx’s tax strategy, transfer pricing, and internal control framework.
The ideal leader will be focused on the continued growth, and development of the accounting team, who are responsible for the daily accounting functions and assisting with the month-end close process. Direct and oversee general accounting activities in compliance with GAAP.
Ensure a timely and accurate financial close, including the preparation of KPI reports for management
Devise and implement the company’s transfer pricing policy
Calculate monthly cost allocations by customer and product
Develop and manage financial controls designed to mitigate risk and safeguard assets
Oversee the coordination of the annual external audit and tax filings
Analyze financial performance data, highlighting trends against KPI benchmarks to measure overall performance of the company by customer, product, and business unit
Participate in the continuous improvement of department processes and workflows
Provide ongoing strategic and operational support
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
A CPA or CMA designation is required
Expert knowledge and understanding of financial statement preparation, analysis and reporting.
Experience with cost accounting strongly preferred.
8 + years of progressive experience, including at least two years of experience in a supervisory role
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to quickly digest new information and provide insights to management.
