Is this role for you? Are you a P&C insurance-licensed, hyper-knowledgeable, and friendly person who loves helping others find the right solutions? We’re looking for a thoughtful Coverage Consultant who will work as a subject matter expert to help suggest the right insurance plans to meet customer needs. You’ll be making the first impression with our potential customers, so you’ll need to be a fantastic listener, and even better at providing solutions the customer didn’t know they needed. A successful Coverage Consultant is easy to talk to, exceptional at building relationships, and knows insurance in your region like the back of your hand. You should be someone who is P&C licensed, has worked in a high-end sales or customer experience environment, and believes wholeheartedly in providing the best customer experience the world has to offer.
