Responsibilities:

• Daily bank reconciliation of multiple agency accounts.
• Monitor cash accounts and deal with high volume of incoming and outgoing wires, ACH(s), checks, and deposits.
• Review and balance escrow closing files, with a focus on compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare/review month-end G/L reconciliations for various accounts.
• Work with management on ad hoc reports as needed.
• Review financial results at account detail level.
• Record and balance intercompany transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide support for external audit.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation mandatory.
• Accounting degree mandatory.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.
• Possess strong business acumen with the ability to effectively address both financial and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative.
• Attention to detail, data driven and hands-on.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to excel in an advanced technology environment.
