THE POSITION:

The Customer Success team is passionate about support!   We are responsible for driving education and creating amazing content to grow and maintain strong relationships with our clients.  The Customer Success Associate (CSA) interacts with our clients through different mediums and often leverages different departments, such as finance and product development, to provide successful answers to every inquiry.  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Highly motivated and passionate about financial technology.
  • Has great communication skills to effectively chat, email, and talk to clients through issues to completion.
  • Understands how the financial markets work and curious about how our business works.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of basic computer troubleshooting.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Solves problems and understands how to prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
  • Has a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics along with a basic understanding of financial statements and investment vehicles.
  • Has previous experience or internship in the financial services industry.
