Responsibilities

The Data Analyst is responsible for providing data management, analytical, and support for cost updates and pricing programs for food and packaging for our customer. This role will validate and update packaging and food costs in JD Edwards and manage pricing communications for all items between HAVI and distribution centers (DCs). Additional responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and communicate pricing to 40+ DCs in a timely manner
• Support and implement packaging costs updates via adjustments and updates and work closely with the packaging analyst to support packaging price updates
• Gather and communicate information within the organization, primarily with procurement, promotions management, account management, AP, AR, and others within Finance 
• Review incoming communications and direct communications to the appropriate party or complete the communicated task when possible 

Desired Skills & Experience

• University Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance or a relevant discipline plus generally 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Analysis
• Intermediate experience in Excel including ability to utilize V-lookups, pivot tables, 3D formulas, and goal seek
• Proficiency with an ERP, preferably JD Edwards distribution and finance modules
• Strong attention to detail and effective project management and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication as position will have daily communication with any of the 40+ external distribution centers
