How you can make a difference

• Development and implementation of a scalable budgeting solution
• Track expenditures at the unit, functional, and market costs for Village Medical clinics
• Partner with Village Medical Finance Lead to manage expenditures and cash flow
• Partner with VillageMD Controller to develop, implement, and manage a scalable invoice solution
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting package
• Develop executive reporting packages
• Build a team that scales the solution nationwide

Skills for success

• Ability to create working relationships across multiple internal and external groups
• Holding partners accountable, even if not direct reports
• Flexibility for selection and integration of partners
• Concrete scheduling mentality of delivery of units on time
• Demonstrated ability to value engineer at a program and unit level

• Preference for individual to be within one of our major markets (Central Time Zone or adjacent, including Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, or Florida)

Experience to drive change

• 10+ years in construction and finance related roles

• 5+ experience in leadership role

• Healthcare related background
