Launched in 1999, ShowingTime has ultimately automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across the country, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data.  We're looking for a Director of  Accounting and Finance to help us continue to grow and expand rapidly.  This role functions as a strategic financial business leader who will help execute strategies to understand financial performance improve profitability and analyze new business opportunities.  The Director of Finance will lead a team of six.  Specifically you will:

• Manage all finance and accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, payables, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecast updates.
• Implement financial and accounting systems that provide accurate and timely financial data.
• Ensure strong accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
• Advocate sound financial/business decision making.
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on existing and evolving operating/financial issues.
• Develop metrics or models to improve business operations, budgeting and forecasting process.
• Evaluate and advise senior leadership on the impact of short-term and long-range initiatives and plans.

Those positioned for success in this role typically have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• 7-10 years financial planning & analysis experience including planning and forecasting cycles as well as P&L financial management
• Accelerated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with clear written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated management and supervisory experience, with demonstrated success in talent development and functional development
• Advanced Excel and financial software experience; secondary research skills needed.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly articulate information a must.
• Comfortable in high-growth environments that require agility and ability to adapt quickly.
