FinanceFuel accelerates the cash flow of a business in 3 ways: invoice lending, early pay rebates, and managing your receivables. We provide cash for businesses quickly and easily. We incentivize customers to pay early and receive rebates freeing up cash for you. We manage all invoices, follow up, nudge, and collect so you can save time, increase efficiency, and collect your money faster.
We are an early stage B2B fin-tech startup looking to make a key hire to drive operations. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, operations experience at a software company, and a strong background in finance. You will be working with our CEO daily and be very hands-on in the strategy and execution of the business.
Responsibilities:
Design and improve operational, financial, and solution processes
Manage Accounts Receivable team, improve processes, and assist with customer onboarding
Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure technology readiness
Create metrics and measure the effectiveness of sales and solutions
Define programs for enabling the core product sales teams to drive sales, adoption and value proposition
Assist in the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to determine key drivers impacting the Company’s performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations or finance experience creating strategies, driving process and achieving target KPIs
Self-starter who wants to be a key member of a growing fintech startup
Creative Hustler and Executor with the ability to articulate business pains and develop innovative solutions while achieving set KPIs & goals
Strategic Thinker & Doer who can identify opportunities & make business decisions that drive short and long term success
Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
Strong experience in business finances, budgets, metrics, invoices, etc
Previous experience at a software company preferred
Quickbooks or Xero or similar accounting system experience a plus
