The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for leading a world class operations team, which will serve as the driving force behind our sales organizations and be responsible for accelerating the growth of the businesses. The role will set key GTM processes and manage cross functional teams to successfully build new capabilities. This role reports to the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring Sales Ops Managers, Specialists, Deal Desk, and SFDC Tools Admin to set them up for long-term success
  • Determine and direct operational priorities connected to new business and customer acquisition, growth, customer success (retention) to effectively achieve revenue goals
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, tracking, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and GTM teams
  • Driving strategic tooling, process & revenue infrastructure improvements to enable sales effectiveness, customer relationship management, and business best practices.
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Legal on pricing optimization, contract standardization, and quote-to-contract efficiencies.
  • Equitably assign salesforce quotas and territories while ensuring the firm's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program. Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives.
  • Own and drive recommendations for sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity.
  • Partner closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams, serving as subject matter expert in revenue operations to monitor and report on the sales funnel from lead generation through to deal in Weekly Forecasting and Monthly Reporting calls

Minimum Requirements:

  • Track record of developing, growing, and managing talent
  • Sales/business operations or sales management experience in a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment
  • Successfully managed analytically rigorous business initiatives leveraging standard SaaS sales metrics and benchmarking
  • Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives for rapidly scaling organizations
  • Well-organized, strong communication skills and ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
  • Experience architecting and managing revenue systems from ground up - forecasting (Clari), CRM (Salesforce), and Marketing Automation (Marketo)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Cribl’s operations.  We are a lean team and wear many hats!
