STATS is currently looking for our next Experienced Staff Accountant. In this role, you'll perform accounting activities related to the general ledger and you'll assist in the month-end close processes. You'll prepare a variety of account and bank reconciliations, perform account analysis and assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting. As a Staff Accountant you'll work on special projects, prepare schedules for our external auditors, and will work with other staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries as needed, supported by sufficient documentation & calculations
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analyses for various balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intangible assets, payroll and other accrued expenses
• Prepare weekly cash tracking reports as required for cash forecasting
• Participate in design and implementation of best practice in accordance with the company policies
• Lead or assist on month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and other areas of accounting, as needed
• Participate in the interim and annual audit, fielding auditors' questions and providing appropriate support
