Finance Intern: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. This growth requires an increased focus on establishing finance processes and capabilities to support our rapid growth while ensuring high integrity in our financials.

We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, driven, and eager to help take our business planning capabilities to the next level. This role will help develop tools and processes to provide insights and visibility to our functional leaders. This allows strong decision making based on financial metrics and data.

 General Functions + Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to understand the business needs and to provide actionable financial insights
• Learn the business and function to build understanding of key performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics that leads to better decision making
• Research and recommend industry best practices and continuous improvements to implement and continually enhance our financial processes
• Strengthen access to financial metrics to functional leaders and build
• Recommend changes to current financial processes or systems to effectively plan for future growth

Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge and an excitement for growing our business
• Enrolled in College and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Evidence of ‘customer first’ values and behaviors
• Self-starter who is extremely result and detail-oriented
