Making a Difference
Origami Risk is seeking an organized and skilled finance professional. The Financial Analyst will:
- Play a key role in company reporting initiatives across all departments
- Build and maintain financial and operating models and reports
- Analyze current and historical business trends/financial results for presentation to key business stakeholders
- Help track, report and analyze key operating and financial metrics (New Sales, Expanded Sales, Renewals, Service Efficiency, etc.)
- Develop and maintain SaaS metrics/dashboard for executive team
- Contribute in compiling monthly/quarterly/annual presentations for Senior Management and Board of Directors
- Assist in preparation for monthly management meetings; prepare reporting and analytics on KPIs, help synthesize project learnings and ask next-level questions to ensure better transparency into operating results
- Work with key senior managers across multiple departments (Sales, Service, HR, IT, etc.) to provide insights into business drivers & costs
- Drive process improvement to ensure data quality and reporting standards for both financial and non-financial information
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across multiple departments
- Ad hoc analytical support
- Support corporate development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years experience in an FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Related Role
- Familiar with financial concepts and the ability to interpret, present and engage on financial reporting
- Superior MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Experience with Vena Solutions a significant plus
- Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Entrepreneurial attitude, with ability to handle ambiguous and complex scenarios/projects
- Familiar/experience with SaaS business model a plus
- Understanding of Accounting fundamentals
