Sales Commission Analyst

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Sales Commission Analyst to the Finance team.
Reporting to Hireology’s Manager of Finance, the Sales Commission Analyst will be focused on supporting Hireology’s go-to-market strategies including the preparation of sales incentive compensation statements, various monthly performance reports, and special ad-hoc analysis as required.
As our Sales Commission Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Preparing monthly sales incentive compensation statements for the company’s entire sales team, ensuring a high level of accuracy and supporting documentation.
Preparing analysis on the effectiveness of various sales strategies
Maintaining and updating financial models that calculate future sales compensation expense
Preparing monthly performance packages for functional group leaders that detail historical performance to facilitate forecast revision discussions.
Partnering with sales leadership to review certain specialized quotes prior to presentation to customers for pricing and profitability guidelines adherence.
Completing special ad-hoc analysis as required

Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Here are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in a Sales Commission Analyst :
BS/BA from a four-year college or university in Accounting or Finance.
1-2 years accounting or financial analyst experience,
Highly proficient with MS office suite, expert level Excel skills
Hands-on experience working in large data sets is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of US GAAP
Demonstrates the highest level of personal integrity and commitment to individual and team accountability

Excellent communication skills with the interpersonal and leadership qualities required to continuously motivate and develop a team, and style-flex as needed to communicate with all levels inside and outside the company
