Overview:

As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day payment processing activities of our clients, as well as assist in end of month reporting. This includes reconciling bank activity for merchant processing and disbursements. Additionally, you will be involved in boarding new merchants to the CityBase platform as they come aboard.

This role will be responsible for:

• Day to day reconciliation for client payment processing activities including internal and merchant accounts

• Documenting and maintaining internal processes 

• Facilitating recurring underwriting procedures for payment processing compliance such as reviewing transactions and chargeback volumes

• Support the payment onboarding process to collect client information required for payment processing

• Conduct pricing reviews for clients to ensure billing accuracy

• Assist the accounting team with invoicing and month-end reconciliation processes

• Review card processing fees for clients to verify least-cost processing for our clients

Education & Experience Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience

-Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

-Excellent verbal and written communicator

-Must be proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup)

-Knowledge of SQL is a plus

-Background checks are required
