What You'll Bring
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field. CPA/MBA may be beneficial. Incumbents typically have 6-8 years of direct experience in a professional accounting or finance capacity
Able to prioritize work for yourself. Must have solid verbal, written and presentation skills, display strong attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external contacts. Must have the ability to communicate with senior management within finance and the business unit. Able to run and conduct cross-functional meetings.
Possess strong analytical skills to interpret a wide range of financial information. Capable of providing insights into trends and relationships, as well as causation. Able to deal with ambiguity, multitask, and manage complex ad hoc requests.
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Business Intelligence and PeopleSoft experience is desired.

Strong knowledge of Hyperion is a plus.
Impact You'll Make
Under general supervision, responsible for conducting or assisting in the documentation and analysis of complex financial projects. Responsible for handling medium to large projects independently and is seen as a valuable analytical contributor. Responsible for the preparation, analysis and updating of various financial planning models, prepares management reports, provides timely communication of results and variances to the appropriate internal resources, and assists in coordination and completion of quarterly/annual operating budget.
Plans and conducts complex studies to improve the operations and financial effectiveness of the Consumer Interactive group. Review costs and conduct cost-benefit analysis related to projects, customers and products. Creates complex financial modeling including statistical analysis of macro and micro economic data.
Coordinates and completes monthly and quarterly forecasting for Consumer Interactive. Gathers necessary data needed for proper forecasting and analysis. May work across all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future data and operating forecasts.
Partner with BU segment leaders to identify and report anomalies, trends and variances. Make recommendations for improvements and changes that positively impact revenue and EBITDA performance. Proactive in helping business units solve financial issues and/or answer questions arising from analysis performed. Supports strategic planning through long-term understanding of economic environment and industry trends.
Completes and reviews monthly and quarterly management reporting, along with Board of Directors materials.
Develops and maintains financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis for various processes and initiatives. Analyzes trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Proactively identifies management analysis needs.
Owns processes and is accountable for ensuring policies remain current. Able to implement new processes across multiple end users.
The Team’s Focus
The Consumer Interactive segment offers consumers credit and identity protection products and services, including access to credit reports and scores, among other financial related products. The Consumer Interactive segment has delivered consistent growth by delivering impactful products into the marketplace. The Consumer Finance group partners with Consumer Interactive to provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support the decision making process.
