Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
The FP&A Manager will lead all financial, planning and analysis to support strategic corporate decisions made by the organization and work with key department stakeholders to drive all budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities. This role will require working closely with key leaders throughout Origami.

Responsibilities
- Partners with our leadership team to drive all budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for the overall business, operating divisions, and departments
- Plays a key role in annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting initiatives, including monthly P&L reviews with division presidents and department heads
- Provides critical insight on business trends and strategic initiatives and disseminates findings to key stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains financial and operating models.
- Analyzes department business drivers & costs.
- Tracks, reports, and analyzes key operating and financial metrics (new sales, upsells, renewals, efficiency metrics, service profitability, etc.).
- Develops and maintains executive dashboard to provide visibility into financial and business KPIs.
- Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for senior management and board of directors
- Designs, builds, and scales processes and tools to support rapidly growing business needs.
- Ensures data accuracy for both financial and non-financial information across all systems, implement controls as needed.
- Owns use of and relationship with FP&A software vendor (Vena Solutions).
- Creates feedback loop with accounting team to maximize efficiency.
- Responsible for performance management of team members.
- Performs team member review, evaluation, and compensation processes.
- Accountable for the team's success.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or related role.
- Advanced understanding of financial concepts and the ability to interpret, present and engage on financial reporting
- Superior MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expertise in accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with SaaS business models and/or Vena Solutions is significant
