What You'll Bring
BA in Accounting or Finance and ability to apply key accounting and finance principles
4 or more years of direct experience working in FP&A
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Hyperion/Essbase and PeopleSoft
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, toward executing processes and meeting deadlines
Curiosity and a willingness to learn how technology decisions are made
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities as well as presentation experience
Effective prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Excellent analytical skills and ability to apply innovative approaches and problem-solving skills
What we’d love to see:
CPA would be beneficial but not required
Working knowledge of VBA & SQL code language
Experience in developing & maintaining complex MS Access database, Tableau, or similar tool for business analytics / reporting
Working knowledge of the business of technology
Impact You'll Make
Support/assist in preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle through reporting and analysis.
Clearly communicate financial performance to respective SVPs/VPs and business owners.
Provide consultative business intelligence to leadership to drive financial performance, anticipate future pressures, and manage spend, to ensure continued growth from bottom line perspective.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects, focus to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight.
Acts as a resource for colleagues, and may review the work of others for accuracy and context
Assist in the preparation and review of capital expenditure requests.
