For more insight, the Global Accounts Receivable Analyst will be principally responsible for AR data analysis, cash applications for customer credit card transactions, reconciling transaction records for sales via app store partners and reconciling cash receipts. The Analyst will also be responsible for invoicing and collections for customers who do not pay via credit card.
- Analyze daily credit card payment reporting and post receipts
- Manage invoicing, collections, and cash applications
- Create AR aging and metrics reports
- Work with sales operations to update customer data and onboarding requirements
- Support data systems integration and reconciliation
- Support bank reconciliations
- Support month-end closing process
- Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
- Provide back-up support for Accounts Payable
Requirements
- Associates' Degree or higher
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Detail oriented
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Experience using NetSuite and/or Salesforce
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong team building skills
- Personal drive, energy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with high expectations for responsiveness
- Able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
