The opportunity is for the Financial Systems department in our Corporate Systems organization. We’re a global Financial Systems organization responsible for supporting APAC, Africa, India, UK, Latin America and North America. We’re focused on delivering cost effective high quality solutions that improve the efficiency of our financial organization.
This role will be responsible for the functional and technical support, maintenance and system administration of the PeopleSoft Finance application. PeopleSoft Finance modules being supported include Record to Report (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing), Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Accounts Payable) and Order to Cash (Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable).
Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft experience including hands-on experience with implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Financials applications – Account Payable.

Driven, self-managing individual with excellent communication skills that are used to translate complex technical challenges into business terms
Experience integrating Coupa with PeopleSoft
Experience integrating Kyriba with PeopleSoft
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience
Impact You'll Make
Partner with Finance end-users to understand and analyze complex business problems and define business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimize/streamline business processes.
Support PeopleSoft Finance user requests with regard to functional processing questions such as system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance, etc.
Requirement Gathering - Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements
Analyze and Design solutions that meet business needs
Deliver - Drive the delivery of solutions from conceptual to implementation.
Collaborate with IT and Finance end-users to define and develop process, procedural documentation, instructions, manuals, etc.
Lead training sessions with financial teams to ensure the finance user’s become self-sufficient.
