What you’ll bring:
•Requires a minimum of 2 (two) years in an analytical role, preferably with sales operations or financial analysis- note this isnt a senior role
•Strong problem solving, logic, and root cause analysis skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and external customers, working both independently and as part of a team
We’d love to see:
•Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required or, equivalent experience in the healthcare, consulting or finance industries.
•Experience with Salesforce a plus
Impact you’ll make:
Responsible for balancing internal daily tasks around customer onboarding after point of sale. This includes submitting request to our corporate teams to have Healthcare customer credentialed and pricing configured per agreement terms. This role will also provide internal and external customer support regarding customer account set up and invoice questions.
Analyst will also provide information and research in areas including customer service, product information, technical support, membership services, accounting issues and other general support items as required. This position requires independent judgment, provide data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.
•Works effectively with all levels of staff including executive leaders across all business units.
•Partner with Customers, Sales, Operations to ensure customer onboarding and billing process is best in class
•Show strong communication skills to translate customer issues and evaluate solutions for best resolution
•Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving customer onboarding, billing and accounts receivable process
