Infor Managers at Deloitte focus on the journey to redefine patient-centric care, innovate, and grow, and help clients through the challenges that each part of the journey can bring.  We are assisting companies that discover, develop and manufacture health care-related products.  Clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, medical device, diagnostic and medical equipment manufacturers, and other service companies like drug distributors, contract research organizations, and contract manufacturing organizations.  Will continue to align with Government Health with a focus on the Federal Administration and the National Institute of Health.

• 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience leading work streams or small teams
• 5+ ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member or team lead
• Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 2 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
• Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to:
  
  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Asset Management (FA)
  • Budgeting
  • Cash Management
  • Grant Management
  • Expense Management
• Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday — Thursday/Friday)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

• Experience implementing full life cycle Infor Cloud Suite implementation; Infor Financials or Infor Supply Chain in a health care setting (hospital, health system, health plan, third party administrator, retail health corporation).
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Maximo
• Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday)
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
• Willingness to mentor junior staff
• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
