What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required or, equivalent experience in the healthcare, consulting or finance industries.
- Requires a minimum of 2 (two) years in an analytical role, preferably with sales operations or financial analysis.
- Strong problem solving, logic, and root cause analysis skills; can break down large ambiguous problems into manageable pieces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and external customers, working both independently and as part of a team.
We'd love to see:
- Experience with Salesforce, PeopleSoft and i-flow a plus
- Advanced experience with microsoft excel and abobe
Impact You'll Make:
- In first 90 days and beyond : Responsible for balancing internal daily tasks related to Financial Operations of Healthcare Business Unit.
- You will perform accounts payable processes, customer account maintenance, invoice reporting, customer contract audits and other customer billing support tasks. This includes submitting vendor payment request, customer invoice set up, account maintenance and collaboration with our Global Shared Services departments.
- Works closely with the Healthcare Operations Sr. Lead on accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and salesforce account update tasks.
- Perform monthly billing audits and contract pricing reviews.
- Maintain and distribute weekly operational KPI dashboards.
- Create and distribute monthly invoice detail reports to external customers.
