Department OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Services Finance department in a highly visible position. The mission of the Services finance department is to deliver value to the Services operations by providing finance support through timely, data-driven analysis, effective resource planning and management of business performance to help our business partners execute on their strategic and operational imperatives that contribute to strong financial performance.
Job Description

In this role, you will be the finance business partner supporting Managed & Support Services business operations and provide overall oversight for the Services segment. You will report to the VP, Finance for Global Services based in Chicago.

You will partner with various stakeholders, including Corporate Accounting, Offer Management, Business Development, and Global Business Operations as it relates to overall controllership, financial management, and operational support for the business.

Your responsibility will include performing monthly analysis of the Managed & Support Services P&L, the cost of delivery, investment prioritization, maintaining overall budgets, budget planning, forecasting, capital planning, variance analysis, and working with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with P&L plan and forecasts. You will also be responsible for managing the balance sheet which includes oversight over services related account reconciliations, various entries, and Corporate Balance Sheet Reviews.

Additionally, you will work to develop solutions to improve financial results and play a key role in supporting day-to-day business analytics, development of new metrics and ad-hoc analysis.

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

• Understanding of financial and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to advance the position.
• Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on financial forecasts and results
• Exercises good judgment, and comfortable working at a detailed level under time constraints and with multiple operating constituents.
• Strong system skills including MS Office, Oracle, and Essbase are a plus.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience working in Finance / Accounting / FP&A role.
