The Operations Support Specialist provides advanced administrative support Collections Operations. With a comprehensive understanding of collections operations, the Operations Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring effective office operations and for overseeing and performing various tasks to assist the Manager in coordinating all aspects of daily check-in operations, including recording and reporting data.

Responsibilities

Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
Creates, distributes, and closes-out customer tickets on a daily basis.
Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis.
Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.
Greets visitors in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Provides back-up at other locations as necessary.
