Promet Source is seeking a talented, energetic, highly-motivated Part Time, Temporary, Office Manager to work directly with our CEO, COO and Project Managers and play a pivotal role on our team.  Candidates will be expected to possess problem solving, forward thinking and analytical goal oriented skills.

  • A/R
  • Time Sheet monitoring
  • Computer Equipment information & assignment up-to date
  • Invoicing
  • Month End Reports
  • Initial Client Set-up
  • Assist with new hire set-up

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Jira
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly QuickBooks on-line
• Salesforce Experience
