What You'll Do:

STATS is looking for a Payroll Accountant to work in our Chicago corporate headquarters. In this role you'll manage our daily cash accounts and banking outflows, process bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees, and interface with employees and management on payroll related issues.

• Maintain payroll and cash related accounting records
• Balance and forecast daily cash
• Process journal entries
• Conduct expense analysis, account reconciliations, and participate in month end close
• Assist in audits and various other tasks as assigned
• Support other accounting projects when necessary

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Understanding of accounting theory
• Experience with cash management
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now V7
• Excellent project management skills
