What You'll Do:

• Supports and executes the production and distribution of bi-weekly payroll cycles, special payments, and year-end W-2 processing for a mid-size organization, including salaried and hourly employees
• Process commission earnings
• Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system
• Process taxes and payments on employee benefits
• Know and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits and other factors
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
• Assist Benefits Manager with projects as needed
• Analyze and research financial information
• Input data for new hires, pay rate changes, separations, deductions, paid time off and manual checks

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of payroll and employment laws, practices and procedures
• 1-3 years of prior experience in payroll
• Experience with ADP payroll software and systems
