ParkWhiz is looking for a Business Analyst who can identify growth opportunities and help maximize revenue through our partnerships. Reporting into Head of Business Intelligence, you’ll ensure our business development executives and our partners are armed with the data and recommended course of action to create win-win outcomes for both ParkWhiz and our partners. What you'll do

  • Build reporting templates for evaluating partner performance; work with the data team to ensure all key data is accurately captured
  • Measure partner performance across key metrics (customer conversion, purchases, revenue, etc.) and calculate ROI, sharing updates on a regular cadence both internally and externally
  • Identify areas of over/underperformance across assets and provide quantifiable recommendations that business development executives can advocate for with partners to optimize performance
  • Work with internal business intelligence team to prepare data visualizations and other supporting presentation materials for business development team to use during internal and partner meetings
  • Forecast revenue and uncover deviations from projections; provide corrective recommendations to business development team
  • Ensure all new partner performance tracking is set up sufficiently
  • Analyze, identify and propose new business verticals or expanded opportunities within current verticals

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Statistics, Finance or Business. MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in analyst role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, experience with Looker is a plus
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for using data to find hidden opportunities in ambiguous circumstances
  • Superior problem-solving skills including defining actionable strategies from complex problems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate and influence multiple cross-functional and external stakeholders
