Job Description
Overview
Responsible for the establishment, preparation, maintenance, and analysis of contracts and pricing documentation, and for making recommendations that optimize pricing decisions.
Assists management in gathering data, monitoring performance and preparing financial analysis in support of assigned customer segments and accounts.
Participates in contract and pricing preparation, contract and pricing administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Job Duties
Review/Approve daily pricing exceptions.
Assists Customer Service with researching and resolving pricing-related errors.
Assist with implementing new contracts and contracts renewal
Implement new product adds and product deletions on contracts
Opens new accounts and maintains customer master information.
Resolve discrepancies relative to customer information.
Maintain pricing data and files
Review and resolve pricing issues
Support for processing of contract admin fees and special pricing requests
Provide support to Customer Data Management and Reporting/Analytics Teams as needed
Perform impact analysis for pricing requests
Design and develop reports/analysis as requested by management team and stakeholders
Review, identify, recommend, implement and document continuous process improvement (including database, reporting, analysis)
Lead special projects as needed
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
1+ year related work experience
Must be able to handle a large volume of transactions and maintain high degree of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment.
Analytical with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to resolve complex issues autonomously.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Quantitative mindset.
Microsoft Excel/Pivot tables
Tableau
Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite or other ERP a plus
Experience with Salesforce a plus
