Primary Responsibilities

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for performing product pricing, inbound cost coordination, and customer selling price administration for products carried within KeHE’s US distribution network. This includes inbound cost components, outbound price points and the resulting standard margins for assigned customers or product groups. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Essential Functions

• Provide analytical support, reporting, and coordination relative to the pricing of new and existing items for specified accounts or product groupings. 
• Responsible for retail customer and KeHE private label pricing administration.
• Provide reporting and drive the coordination of competitive “Cost of Goods” projects from retailers. 
• Support landed cost projects associated with new customer on-boarding and/or distribution center business shifts.
• Price change administration as needed.
• Other duties, special projects, and ad hoc reporting as assigned

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and Power Point required.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to transfer process and concept knowledge to all levels of internal and external customer base.
• Experience with data mining software (e.g., COGNOS, SQL, AS/400, Power BI) preferred.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Purchasing/supply chain management experience preferred.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• Pricing/margin management experience preferred.
