Duties:

Work with financial institutions to define stock loan clearing solutions. Capture customer feedback and work with business stakeholders to create a product roadmap. Work as a product owner in an agile methodology to create product backlog and support scrum teams and scrum ceremonies. Use Discounted Cash Flow model to analyze financial data and calculate risk on new business models. Provide analysis and support to internal and external counsel on drafting regulatory filings, as well as engaging with government regulators such as SEC and CFTC to seek regulatory approvals. Lead financial industry committees such as FIX to standardize industry solutions for securities financing. Use FIX or ISO protocol to create messaging frameworks and standards to analyze and design electronic communication. Design product solutions on a Distributed Ledger System (DLT) implemented through Blockchain technology. Write acceptance criteria and use cases to support testing teams. Mentor and lead staff members and cross-product teams. .*This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*

Education & Experience Required: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related plus three (3) years of business analysis or product management experience within securities lending. In lieu of Master’s degree plus three years of experience, will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience in the same fields.

Special Skills Required:

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Use Discounted Cash Flow model to analyze financial data and calculate risk on new business models; 2) Use FIX or ISO protocol to create messaging frameworks and standards to analyze and design electronic communication; 3) Design product solutions on a Distributed Ledger System (DLT) implemented through Blockchain technology.

Salary:  $156,800 - $180,100
