What's the Role? 

Guaranteed Rate is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Renovation Disbursement Specialist to join our innovative and passionate team.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain pipeline of loans for disbursement of funds to parties named in a renovation purchase or refinance transaction.
• Set up files for disbursements on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Communicate with all parties of the transaction via email, phone and mail carrier as needed.
• Gather all documents required for disbursement of funds.\
• Document file throughout the transaction utilizing Encompass and paperless systems.
• Conduct conference calls for escalated issues that require multiple parties' input.
• Mediate any differences between parties of a transaction.
• Close out files meeting minimum HUD and Fannie Mae guidelines.

Competencies:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge including use of Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to conduct and lead conference calls with multiple parties in a professional manner.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Must be able to multi-task and remain open to constructive criticism.
