Associate, Revenue & Growth Strategy
GoHealth’s Revenue & Growth team within the Strategic Partnerships unit is looking for an Associate to contribute to strategy definition and own implementation and management of new initiatives related to GoHealth’s rapidly growing Encompass platform. Encompass is a set of offerings we provide to our members post-sale to improve their ability navigate healthcare and address social determinants of health. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of healthcare trends to identify new revenue generation opportunities, implement and manage GoHealth’s newest pilots and initiatives, and collaborate across the organization to drive the forward key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external partners and all internal functional areas to successfully launch and manage the implementation of a portfolio of Encompass initiatives
- Help define and own complex, operational timelines for rolling out 5+ offerings simultaneously across each of the top tier health plans and industry leading partners
- Analyze pilot and new initiative performance, and make recommendations on future strategy based on the completed analysis
- Contribute to the definition of and innovation around GoHealth’s revenue-generating offerings, iterating on the existing multi-year plan as the industry and GoHealth evolve
- Stay up to date on key healthcare trends, potential ecosystem partners, and primary competitors, and translate understanding into impactful suggestions and creative opportunities for GoHealth to expand
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a top-tier management consulting, venture capital, technology or healthcare company
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive forward impactful changes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent thought leadership skills, ability to think of creative out of the box solutions
- Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced market sizing, financial modeling and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships
- Experience with hosting strategy or design thinking workshops is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
