We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented analyst to assist in providing data-driven insights to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams. This person will join our team during an important time for both planning and execution. An ideal candidate will be capable of navigating and understanding large datasets to lend insights to the business and of and creating effective data visualizations in the form of reports and dashboards. This person will also help develop, maintain, and administer current compensation plans and assist in building individual plans for all Go To Market employees for FY2022. An ideal candidate will combine efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.

This position will work remotely and report to our Vice President of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the key mission of the Revenue Strategy & Operations Org through proactively finding ways to Enable, Analyze, and Fund Sales, Marketing, and CS productivity
- Perform analyses that help drive Go-To -Market strategy; identify trends in pipeline, sales cycles, sales rep productivity, deals, and product usage that enable better decision making
- Assist in the development of data visualizations that enhance understanding of key trends and useful insights; including a weekly Monday-morning leading indicator dashboard creation for executive leadership and monthly pipeline dashboard creation for executive leadership
- Manage and execute key, cross-functional strategic projects that drive GTM effectiveness and execution in areas like pricing and packaging, GTM strategy, headcount planning, launching Marketing campaigns, and developing creative ways to drive customer and revenue growth
- Independently build periodic and adhoc dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Partner with Sr RevOps Analyst to run reports out of technologies like Salesforce.com, Gainsight, and Outreach.io
- Partner with Sr RevOps Analyst to manipulate datasets into insight-driving visualizations in MS Excel
- Work with Sales leaders to provide them with insight needed to close more deals, faster
- Assist in strong, timely execution as we grow through disciplined data extraction as part of a weekly operating cadence
- Define, measure, and adjust key KPIs for the Revenue OrganizationWork with Finance to finalize month/quarter end bookings accuracy
- Support administration of the quarterly commissions, bonus, and variable pay process
- Compile monthly data needed to complete commission and bonus statements
- Complete monthly commission statements per each individuals plans
- Administer statements and work with department heads on questions, discrepancies, and updates
- Provide accounting with proper month end data to finalize the general ledger entries
- Work with Finance to finalize month/quarter end bookings accuracy
- Oversee retention calcs that are used for comp purposes
- Liaise with HR to ensure payroll accuracy
- Liaise with Accounting for commission statement review and distribution
- Help develop, draft, administer, and maintain compensation plans for FY2021 (new team members or compensation adjustments) and FY2022
- Leverage existing compensation plans to develop for all GTM roles (newly hired or in 2022)
- Manage each MS Excel and Word compensation plan (structure and language); keep up to date and ensure all pieces of the compensation plans (model, legal document, etc.) tie together
- Work with VP Ops and VP Finance to determine the proper incentive design for roles on the Go-To-Market team
- Work wit h VP Ops and VP Finance to determine the proper terms & conditions included in each compensation plan
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience working as an analyst supporting a revenue team (Sales at minimum, Marketing and Customer Success also preferred)
- Proven track record of supporting business growth through accurate, comprehensive analysis
- Deep experience deriving insights from data in Salesforce; experience with Gainsight and Outreach.io a plus
- Expertise in creating data-visualizations to drive business insights for executives and individual contributors alike
- Ability to work independently and find opportunities to create value through data analysis and insights
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply a broad set of inputs to garner effective understanding of business KPIs and priorties
- Demonstrated ability to provide adhoc and regular analysis on compensation structure and provide clear summaries of personal and business unit financial impact to a range of audiences
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking
- Ability to model commissions for sales, Customer success, and demand generation roles in MS Excel
- Expert-level skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and the ability to create reports in Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in business administration, finance, analytics, or operations
- Experience working at a SaaS company strongly preferred
