The Revenue Operations Associate will contribute to our continued growth providing operational, project management, and analytical support to the organization to help us increase the velocity of our customer acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, highly-motivated individual within an extremely successful sales team and rapidly growing organization. This position will report to the Revenue Operations Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will undertake the following:
- I n conjunction with the Rev Ops Manager & Sales Management, craft and project manage the overall learning experience of our customer facing reps and managers from on-boarding through promotion into the next role.
- Work closely with Sales Management & Marketing to provide product marketing support to the sales team, defining features, and deploying new messaging.
- Work with sales management team in managing consistent internal communication plan so all employees of the department are aligned and, also, have consistent talking points around product, service, company, etc. This includes rolling out communication for new products.
- Work with our Salesforce administrator to ensure the sales team is being properly trained in the processes of SFDC opportunity creation, order booking, quoting, and forecasting. Additionally, provide this service for other platforms in the Sales technical "stack"
- Be part of team responsible for encouraging adoption and workflows for the sales team's tech stack.
- Develop, implement, and track sales contests and key adoption metrics; measure and monitor the impact of learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the finance team on metrics reporting, commissions, and other analytical projects as they relate to sales.
- Assist with the RFP process from project management, process, and technical perspectives.
- Other projects as assigned. This is a new role, so flexibility is key.
To be eligible for this role, you should possess the following:
- 2-4 years involvement in Sales, Sales Training or Sales Operations preferably in a technology company
- Great project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strength in sales tools
- Prior experience in a fast-growing environment
- Strategic thinker who is good thinking on their feet
