Role Description:
The Revenue Operations Specialist will be an essential asset to the revenue org and company as a whole. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, building processes, managing our tech stack and providing data/analysis to sales management and leadership. This person will work with every department in the company providing great visibility and opportunity for growth. We are looking for someone who can look at the big picture and develop scalable solutions to solve problems, while also getting your hands dirty and executing on those initiatives. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Create and update fields, validation rules, workflow rules and page layouts in Salesforce
Own Outreach. Create and update sequences, create triggers, create new custom fields and troubleshoot issues. Push for and monitor adoption by AE, implementation and merchant success teams.
Manage sequence adherence tracking and work with managers on areas for improvement
Identify and re-assign high quality, unworked/stale leads. Track ongoing activity of leads
Be the front line for answering questions and troubleshooting issues with Salesforce and Outreach
Perform ad-hoc analysis (transit analysis as well as internal business/operations analysis)
Create training/documentation of new sales processes
Work with marketing to optimize the process for inbound leads to sales and improve tracking/reporting
Proactively evaluate current processes and make suggestions on how they can be improved
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, economic, or marketing, preferred
1-3 years of experience, preferred
Strong understanding of Excel
Proficiency with Salesforce
Self-starter: Ability to take instructions and run with a project under minimal oversight
Analytical: Can extract insights from reports and dashboards (what is the data telling us)
Collaborative: Loves working with other members of the company both inside and outside of the revenue org to accomplish initiatives
Flexible: Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and efficiently prioritize based on timelines and impact of projects
