What you get to do:
- Reporting to our EVP Capital Markets and Corporate Development you will Re-establish our Capital Market strategy as we expand to new products
- Propose alternative financing structures for new products and potential inorganic strategic alternatives
- Manage the balance sheet including working capital, reserves, and cash
- Develop a capital allocation framework governed by a define set of parameters which would guide share repurchases, dividends and working capital management
- Improve the balance sheet, and lead strategic plans, including ABS and new product funding strategies
- Negotiate and implement new transactions and refinancings with lenders and external counsel
- Oversee existing warehouse facilities and ensure ongoing covenant compliance, sufficient funding capacity, and liquidity adequacy
- Partner with FP&A, Legal, Marketing, Credit, Treasury, Analytics, and New Products teams to drive a successful debt capital markets strategy including managing to and setting financial covenants with lenders
- Contribute to evaluation of acquisitions, de-novo opportunities, and strategic partnership
- Manage, coach, and develop a best-in-class Capital Markets team
What you will bring to the team:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in capital markets
- Direct experience in structured products (ABS, asset-based credit agreements, forward flow)
- Experience managing funding and liquidity strategies
- Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
- MBA or CFA
