As a Senior Financial Analyst on our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for financial modeling, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and other required finance-related duties

What you'll do:

• Finance Lead for the Operations (Client Service and Implementation) segment

• Develop and maintain labor headcount and financial models

• Prepare key financial reports and lead discussions with Operations leadership, emphasizing results, budgets, forecasts, and trends

• Partner with the business to prepare the annual operating budget and forecasts for assigned P&L categories

• Maintain and update various financial metrics and ratios to assist management in the evaluation of business performance

• Become the subject matter expert for the human capital approval process

• Other ad hoc analyses and financial modeling upon manager request

• Support various members the FP&A team including Managers and Directors

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required with focus in Accounting or Finance preferred; other quantitative-focused majors may be considered

• 3-5 years of corporate finance experience, exposure to a public company environment a plus

• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred

• CPA or other professional designation preferred

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred

• Advanced level in the use of Excel and PowerPoint

• Confidence and experience building financial models and presenting analysis to senior leadership

• Strong analytical abilities required - including attention to detail

• Ability to be tactical as well as understand the broader strategic vision and financial drivers of the company #SH
